1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is Martin Schlott – Schlott & AI, Solec 24, lok. 86, 00-403 Warszawa, Poland (see Imprint).
2. Hosting
This website is operated with a hosting provider within the EU. When the pages are accessed, the server processes technically necessary data (server log files) such as IP address, date and time of access, the page retrieved, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.
3. Contact form and enquiries
When you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally company and phone number, your topic and your message) in order to handle the enquiry. This data is stored in our database.
- Purpose: Handling and answering your enquiry, initiating a possible business relationship.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- Retention period: until your enquiry has been conclusively handled, thereafter in line with commercial and tax retention obligations where applicable; otherwise deletion on request.
4. Provided media files (video)
The method video shown on the website is self-hosted by us and delivered directly from our server. No data is transmitted to third-party providers such as YouTube or Vimeo.
5. Cookies
The website uses only technically necessary cookies, for example to maintain the session in the protected admin area. No consent is required for these cookies (§ 25(2) TDDDG). There is no tracking and no third-party analytics.
6. Recipients and third-country transfer
Your data is transferred to third parties only insofar as this is necessary to perform a contract or we are legally obliged to do so. No transfer to third countries is intended.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Data security
Transmission is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
